Didn't Ford have a big ad campaign a couple years ago about a Fusion holding it's resale value better than a Toyota Camry? According to the Consumer's Reports I got today, the Camry gets glowing reviews, and the Fusion, not so much. Seems Ford need to admit defeat and get rid of that much-hated MyFordTouch system. I know I do NOT want a touch-screen anything in my next new car, so unless Ford gets it's act together, my next car will be Toyota or Buick.

Since you asked - yes. Tinting tail lights is a terrible idea in addition to being illegal in most states. It's never a good idea to reduce visibility (even if only slightly). It could be the difference between getting hit from behind and not - especially in daylight. Also - if you do get hit from behind you could be found at least partially at fault in the accident. Don't sacrifice safety for looks.
