Hi, I just got new steel and winter tires from Tirerack with sensors installed (what ever brand they included) . I was expecting to have calibrate but got nothing, as in no low tire warning, Seems to be working with just mounting. Didn't expect that.

Do you know which brand they were or what the package was? Every auto parts store I have gone into with a lug nut, including pep boys has not been able to help me. The Ford dealer wants almost 9 dollars a lug nut and it is very frustrating. Im about to just throw out the hubcaps as I can find lug nuts easy, just not ones that will hold them on. Thank you

Im working on upgrading the speakers and adding amplification to my Non-Sony MFT system on my car. My goal is to not lay a finger on a factory circuit, aside from adding the necessary amp power wiring. If theres interest I'll document the build this spring when I start actually working on the car. Im not replacing the factory touchscreen or anything though.

Its next to impossible to swap a 4.2 inch car to an 8 inch car. A number of different modules. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that also means a switch from Gen1 Sync to Gen 2. You'll need the different APIM (with no way to program it) the different FCIM and FDIM as well to swap out the old stuff. It would cost a fortune to get the parts, and then it likely cant be done after that. All the wiring will be different. Your GWM and BCM arent set up for the components.
