ctrcbob
Polished my car yesterday with the Turtle Wax ICE (Polish, not the Detailer). Works great and fast. A little goes a long way on the provided sponge. Instructions say to cover whole car with the polish, and once it dries, wipe it off using the provided MicroSwirl cloth. Leaves no powder residue and shines great. Took me a whole 25 minutes to do the whole car. Would have only taken 20 minutes if I had known what I was doing. I polished it inside my garage and the polish does not dry quick inside the garage. Next time, I will do it outside. OK to polish in the sun and OK if the hood is hot. Because it took so long to dry inside the garage, I first wiped a section with an old T-Shirt with one hand, then rewiped using the correct microswirl cloth with the other hand. Polish has a very pleasent smell. Very expensive, however I estimate that one bottle will do 40 or 50 cars. My bottle still looks unused. Don't know what this stuff is made from, but it is very slippery when a liquid, looks like oil on the car when still wet, but when you wipe off, (very easy) the surface of car is very smooth and very shiney. Did I say that it works GREAT? Have not used the detailer yet, but will try it one of these days.

Jimmy G
Ever used "Liquid Glass"??
ctrcbob
Had a cousin (he has passed on) who swore by Liquid Glass. He had an old Ford Torino, (you know, the FastBack Torino's) that looked like it just came off the showroom floor. This was when the Torino was about 15 years old.

It's a pain to put the first application on. After that it's a breeze. I did both my 5.0 coupes and my SHO with that stuff and they sure shined up nice!
